I have disabled the forums and commenting on articles. This really leaves no reason for user access outside the role of administrator, so I have removed the login box from the main menu. It is still accessible via the "Account Access" link at the bottom of the page. Also, I have halted the creation of new accounts. If you really want an account, please request one using the contact form.

I still have a few more changes to make. I will try and complete them this month.
